Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a full-time delivery associate to drive a route, unload and merchandise products, and build in-store displays in Fort Stockton, TX.

You will handle invoices and daily settlements while maintaining stock and promotional materials to ensure timely availability of beverages. Starting times are early (5 am) with a 5-day work week, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL Class A License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and DOT regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Able to lift and load cases 20–45 lbs repeatedly and push/pull 40–150 lbs.
• Able to reach, squat and bend while delivering and merchandising products.

Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery vehicle on an assigned route and deliver product to customer locations (including Foodservice).
• Unload product and place in designated backroom areas using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Rotate and stock product on shelves, displays, and in coolers to meet standards and ensure freshness.
• Build small displays and set up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners.
• Generate invoices and complete daily cash and charge settlements, coordinating with store management.

Deliver and merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina by driving a route to serve local stores, unloading and merchandising to standards, and building positive relationships to ensure communities have access to quality beverages safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the delivery vehicle on an assigned route and deliver product to customer locations (including Foodservice)
• Unload product and place it in designated backroom areas using an electronic pallet jack or hand truck, as needed
• Rotate and stock product on shelves, displays, and in coolers/vending equipment to meet local standards and ensure freshness
• Build small displays and set up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners
• Generate invoices, complete daily settlement of cash and charges, and work closely with store management/receiving personnel for acceptance of deliveries

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class A License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and Follow DOT regulations (Note: In all California locations except Stockton, both non-excepted intrastate and non-excepted interstate status are accepted for this position. In Stockton, CA, only non-excepted interstate status is accepted.)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Position requires lifting and loading cases ranging from 20-45 pounds repeatedly during work hours; and pushing/pulling using from 40 - 150 pounds of force, occasionally (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires reaching, squatting and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store (with or without accommodation)
