K&M Last Mile LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner based in Orlando, Florida, is urgently hiring full-time delivery drivers to serve the Downtown area; seasonal part-time work is also available October–December. Earn $20.75 per hour with 3 paid training days, health insurance (employee-paid at a discounted rate), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work on your feet for long hours and handle a physically demanding workload
• Fluent in English
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Drive Amazon-branded vans and deliver 350–400 packages per shift 3-4 times per week.
• Use handheld devices and the Amazon Flex app to stay on route and track deliveries
• Load and unload packages, lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout your shift
• Interact with customers and represent the Amazon brand with professionalism and care
• Comfortable using smartphones, navigation apps, and delivery technology
