Job summary

Team Springfield Pie (SPI), a Domino’s franchise serving Springfield, MA, is hiring delivery drivers. You’ll deliver customer orders safely using GPS, and you may help inside the store during peak hours to take orders, clean, and dishwash.

Pay

Estimated Earnings: $17–$25/hour + separate mileage reimbursement

The estimated $17–$25 per hour includes employer-paid hourly wages and customer tips. Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, delivery volume, and tips.

Mileage reimbursement is paid separatelyfor required delivery driving and is not included in the $17–$25 estimated earnings range.

Customer tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily.

What You’ll Do

As a Domino’s Delivery Driver, you’ll:

• Deliver customer orders safely and on time
• Use GPS to navigate delivery areas
• Help inside the store between deliveries, including taking orders, cleaning, and dishwashing
• Work as part of a fast-paced team

This position uses asplit hourly rate. Springfield Pie Inc. ensures drivers receive at least the applicable Massachusetts minimum wage for all hours worked. For eligible tipped delivery work, wages and tips are reviewed each shift, and the company pays any required minimum-wage shortfall.
