Job summary

Team Springfield Pie (SPI), a Domino’s franchise, is seeking delivery drivers to safely deliver orders and provide friendly service in the Springfield area. Flexible scheduling is available, and drivers may assist in-store duties between deliveries, including taking orders and cleaning. Training and a fast-paced team environment are expected.

Pay

Estimated Earnings: $17–$25/hour + separate mileage reimbursement

The estimated $17–$25 per hour includes employer-paid hourly wages and customer tips. Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, delivery volume, and tips.

Mileage reimbursement is paid separately for required delivery driving and is not included in the $17–$25 estimated earnings range.

Customer tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily.

This position uses a split hourly rate. Springfield Pie Inc. ensures drivers receive at least the applicable Massachusetts minimum wage for all hours worked. For eligible tipped delivery work, wages and tips are reviewed each shift, and the company pays any required minimum-wage shortfall.
