Job summary

Advanced Logisitcs systems inc is seeking Delivery Drivers to deliver packages safely in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The role requires no CDL and offers weekly pay, paid training, and a flexible schedule.

You will operate company‑provided vehicles, follow routes, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining safety and keeping accurate documentation. Applicants should be 21+, have a HS diploma, and pass background/drug screening.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Clear pre-employment background and drug screening
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and multitask
• Good communication and customer‑oriented approach
• Able to lift packages up to 150 lbs and maneuver in/out of a delivery truck

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company‑provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining product condition.
• Load and unload packages.
• Plan and follow efficient routes while complying with traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Verify package accuracy and complete delivery documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional and accommodating.
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize delivery schedules and communicate delays.
• Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Report vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or violations to supervision.
