Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

The position offers an hourly pay range of $13.75 to $14.50 and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for positions in the United States and at least 18 years old in Canada.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position (United States Only).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
