Job summary

Parts Authority is seeking a delivery driver to load, transport, and deliver automotive parts to customers in a timely and courteous manner. You will review orders, follow routes and schedules, and assist with loading/unloading as needed.

Qualified candidates have a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a strong focus on customer service. This full-time role requires a safe driving record and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must meet company insurance requirements; drivers must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Follow dispatcher directions, adhere to routes and schedules, and use navigation apps as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles as required.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints professionally.
