Responsibilities

• Pre-delivery vehicle preparation and learning the delivery area.
• Checking orders for quality and accuracy, following proper delivery procedures, and providing quality customer service in person or by phone with a sense of urgency.
• Work as part of a team and assist each other by being on time for shifts, supporting other workstations, and completing closing duties including cleaning.
• Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions, execute cash management duties, and use the FOCUS system; upsell to increase the check average.
