Job summary

Domino’s is seeking dependable Delivery Drivers in a fast-paced environment to deliver orders and assist in-store when not delivering. You will handle payments, use the Domino’s app for routing, and keep customers informed about delivery times. This role requires a reliable vehicle, a valid license, and strong customer service skills.

You will also support in-store duties, including taking orders, preparing items, and maintaining cleanliness, while adhering to safety and food-handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, insured vehicle with current registration.
• Working smartphone for GPS and store communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must work on holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders quickly, safely, and courteously using your personal vehicle.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS or Domino’s app for accurate drop-offs.
• Verify all order items before leaving the store to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with customers regarding estimated delivery times and instructions.
• Handle payments and provide correct change.
• Drive safely adhering to all laws and safety policies.
• Keep vehicle clean, fueled, and maintained to company standards.
• Assist in in-store operations during non-delivery times.
