Job summary

Responsibilities include taking orders, upholding brand standards, keeping the store clean and safe, preparing products, and delivering exceptional customer service in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Reliable vehicle or ability to drive company vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to use a dash camera during deliveries and return equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
