Job summary

Toppers Pizza is hiring part-time and full-time Delivery Drivers at our Indianapolis, IN store at 910 W 10th Street. You’ll use your own vehicle to deliver pizzas, TopperStix, and wings, with tips and mileage reimbursement paid the same day you earn them.

You earn $11.00/hour from your first shift, plus tips. There’s also $2.00 per delivery to help cover gas and wear on your vehicle, paid out the same day. Nights and weekends are busiest, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
• A clean driving record that meets our MVR guidelines.
• Current auto insurance with liability coverage.
• A reliable vehicle you can use for deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders safely and on time using your own vehicle.
• Greet every customer with energy and professionalism.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Verify orders before you leave to avoid errors.
• Work as a team with the crew during peak times.
• Follow traffic laws and keep your vehicle clean and road-ready.
