Job summary

MBR Management, a Domino's franchise in Greenville, is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver. You will deliver orders across Greenville and surrounding areas, ensure on-time service, and represent the brand with a friendly, professional attitude.

The role offers flexible hours, daily tips potential, paid mileage, and opportunities for advancement, with full-time benefits after probation. You will perform safe driving, route planning, and maintain accurate delivery records.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean MVRECORD/MC record per standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a criminal background check and MVR check.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in route planning and navigation (GPS/mapping tools preferred).
• Physical capability to lift and carry packages of varying weights.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Customer service orientation with professional interaction with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative with team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and delivery demands.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Greenville and surrounding areas
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and transparency
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe, working condition
• Handle packages and products with care, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times
