Job summary

RPM Pizza is hiring a part-time Delivery Driver to service the Lafayette area. You will deliver orders with a focus on customer satisfaction, uphold brand standards, and maintain cleanliness and safety in all tasks.

Ideal candidates are 21+ with driving experience, hold a valid license, and have a dependable vehicle. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and team discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided dash camera during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
