Job summary

RPM Pizza, a large Domino’s franchise, is hiring delivery drivers to provide a friendly, efficient customer experience and to uphold brand standards across a busy service area.

Responsibilities include taking orders, maintaining cleanliness, delivering orders, and ensuring safety and accuracy in product preparation. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and a positive, team-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a dash camera during deliveries and return company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM Pizza and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
