RPM Pizza is hiring delivery drivers in Mississippi. You will provide a friendly, engaging customer experience while taking orders, uphold brand standards, and ensure timely delivery with safety and cleanliness as top priorities.

The role offers flexible scheduling, team member discounts, and available health benefits for eligible hours. Training and growth opportunities are provided within RPM Pizza College.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided dash camera during deliveries and return all equipment upon separation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM Pizza and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Deliver products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
