Job summary

RPM Pizza in Louisiana is hiring Delivery Drivers to join our busy team. You’ll provide a fun, friendly experience for customers, take orders, deliver meals, and uphold Domino’s brand standards.

You must be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. The role involves safe driving, good communication, basic math, and teamwork, with flexible scheduling and potential for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use the company-provided dash camera during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
