Job summary

RPM Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to provide a fun, friendly customer experience while upholding Domino’s brand standards. The role includes delivering orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will be 21+, have 2+ years driving, a valid license, and a dependable vehicle with insurance. Dash camera will be used; opportunities for growth and team discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided dash camera during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
