This role offers flexible scheduling, team member discounts, and benefits after eligibility, including Medical, Dental, Vision, a 401(k), and ongoing training through RPM Pizza College, with opportunities for growth. No late-night delivery is required at all stores.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older (per local labor laws) with valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and insurance or ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, outgoing, team-oriented attitude; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly experience for customers while taking orders.
• Uphold Domino’s brand standards and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently per company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with ownership.
• Demonstrate time management and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Operate store equipment safely and assist with inventory/restocking; contribute to a positive team environment.
