Job summary

RPM Pizza, a large Domino’s franchise, seeks team members for summer roles with flexible schedules and tips. You’ll take orders, deliver friendly service, and uphold brand standards while contributing to a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided dash camera during deliveries and return all equipment.
• Delivery role: ability to drive within the designated area.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with ownership.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
