Job summary

MBR Management Corporation, a Domino's franchise, is seeking reliable drivers to deliver packages in Caseyville and surrounding areas. You will operate a vehicle safely, plan routes, verify deliveries with signatures, and provide friendly customer service at each stop.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-trip inspections, on-time delivery, maintaining records, communicating with dispatch, and upholding safety and quality standards while working independently to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Commitment to safety protocols and defensive driving practices.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
• Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers in assigned routes within the Caseyville area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery point, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
• Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or any issues encountered.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining high-quality service standards.]
