Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and leave a great lasting impression on our customers.
Greet customers warmly and professionally at their doorsteps, addressing any concerns or special requests.
Take orders over the phone and via the web, providing clear information about orders and delivery times.
Deliver products to customers promptly and safely.
Assemble orders and ensure packaging safety for delivery.
Maintain quality standards of products before delivery.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and keep delivery vehicle clean and organized.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Work as a team with coworkers to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
