Gordon Food Service Store LLC in Mentor, OH, is hiring a Van Delivery Driver to ensure courteous, on-time, and accurate deliveries with a daily route. You will assist with store operations before or after completing deliveries and contribute to a safe driving and customer-focused environment.

Requirements include 1 year of delivery driving experience, a valid license, and a clean driving record. Pre-employment checks, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and high school level readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year delivery driving experience and 1 year in customer service or related field preferred.
• Unrestricted Standard Operators License required.
• Must have a clean driving record (no drug or alcohol offenses in the last 5 years).
• You must be a minimum of 18 years old (required).
• Successfully pass our pre-employment checks, including a drug screen, criminal background check and MVR.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and handle up to 350 lbs with two-wheel cart.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurately and on-time, building and maintaining good customer relationships.
• Perform daily pre/post trip vehicle inspections and ensure safe driving practices.
• In-store duties include processing customer purchases at POS and maintaining stock organization.
