Job summary

Mitchell Companies in Thomasville, NC is seeking a Service Representative 18 for a full-time delivery role. You will drive, merchandise, and ensure accurate orders while rotating products in customer accounts.

The position requires dependable work at 40 hours per week (Tue–Fri). Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with potential quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have a valid NC driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year experience as a delivery driver.
• Must pass a mandatory pre-hire drug test, DOT physical and random drug tests.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and calculate discounts.
• Able to deal with minor problems in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Arrives on time appropriately uniformed and groomed.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reports maintenance issues.
• Follows the daily route schedule in a timely manner.
• Collects all payments on applicable invoices.
• Communicates with sales reps and/or warehouse on discrepancies.
• Maintains and uses all assigned equipment properly.
• Keeps vehicle clean, fueled, and organized for next day’s deliveries.
• Completes end of day paperwork and procedures.
• Attends all scheduled driver meetings and training sessions.
