Job summary

MXP Logistics in Durham, NC is hiring delivery drivers. If you have your own SUV or larger vehicle, a clean license, and the drive to show up, we’ll start you at $20–$24 per hour with weekly pay.

Part-time and full-time positions are available — 3 to 5 days a week. Fuel reimbursement is provided, with benefits including weekly direct deposit, PTO, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license held for at least 1 year.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass a background check.
• Smartphone with active cell service required.
• Must have your own SUV or larger personal vehicle.
• Model year 2010 or newer (no more than 15 years old).
• Registered in your name with active vehicle registration and state-minimum insurance.
• Must be organized, diligent, and reliable.

MXP Logistics is a FedEx Ground contractor based in Durham, NC, hiring delivery drivers now. If you have your own vehicle, a clean license, and the drive to show up — we'll put you to work starting at $20/hour.

No prior delivery experience required. We'll train you. Part-time and full-time positions available — 3 to 5 days a week, with weekly pay every Friday.

The Job

You’ll deliver packages to homes and businesses across assigned routes in the Durham area using your own SUV or larger personal vehicle. Routes are GPS-guided and dispatched at 9:00–9:30 AM. This is active, physical work — you’ll be in and out of your vehicle all day covering stops on your route. If you’re reliable and organized, the schedule is consistent and the pay is weekly.

Fuel reimbursement is provided based on your hourly pay and route performance.
