Full Court Delivery Solutions is hiring delivery drivers to join a safety‑driven team delivering AMZL packages across our service area. You will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, uphold high standards of reliability, and provide exceptional customer service.

Use a company smartphone for GPS navigation and package scanning, lift up to 50 lbs, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure on‑time deliveries. We offer paid training, health and vision insurance, and a referral program to reward teamwork.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with technology and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages promptly and accurately to assigned locations.
• Operate company vehicles safely; conduct routine inspections and follow all traffic laws and company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service—even under pressure or in challenging conditions.
• Work in a physically demanding role: lift packages up to 50 lbs, navigate various weather conditions, and enter/exit vehicles frequently.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Use a provided smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, timekeeping, and team communication.
• Load and unload packages efficiently and securely.
• Assist fellow drivers with route support and participate in rescue calls when needed.
