Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Clear pre-employment background and drug screening.
- Courier experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and maintain condition.
- Load and unload packages.
- Plan and follow the most efficient route and adhere to safety regulations.
- Verify package accuracy and proper documentation for each delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
- Communicate delays or issues to dispatch promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Report vehicle issues, accidents, or violations to supervisor.
