Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds to customer issues.
• Communicates in a positive manner with customers, peers, and managers.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas to include car.
• Operates at multiple workstations as needed.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Dress for success; follow uniform and grooming standards.
• Completing delegated cleaning assignments in a timely manner.
• Uses cash register or POS devices and upsells to generate additional sales.
• Learns team effectiveness and collaborates to achieve goals.
