Job summary

Brown Bears Courier is seeking a full-time delivery driver in Las Vegas to join a fast-paced team. You will follow fixed routes, deliver packages, and maintain vehicle condition while upholding safety standards.

Hours are 8:00 a.m. to completion, five days a week with weekends required during peak periods. A valid driver’s license, clean record, and at least one year of driving experience with a 24–26 foot box truck are essential. Training is provided and pay is weekly after a 90-day review.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years of age
• Clean Driving Record
• No DUI’s
• No Felonies or Misdemeanors
• 1 year driving experience with a 24- to 26-foot box truck within 1 to 3 years

Responsibilities

• Be on time at all times
• Follow a predetermined route and schedule
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Load and unload packages from delivery vehicle
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, maintaining their condition upon arrival
• Be responsible for vehicle while performing duties
• Care for the condition of the vehicle and all equipment
• Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues
• Demonstrate safe and lawful driving skills
• Be courteous to all customers, co-workers and FedEx staff
• Have knowledge of public policy of safe driving practices
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company safety and maintenance standards
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety on the road
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address and resolve any delivery issues
