Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are integral to delivering positive customer experiences, handling driving, installation, and pickup of merchandise. You’ll work inside and outside the store, support daily operations, and engage with customers during community interactions.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay range ($14.75–$15.50) plus benefits including paid time off, insurance options, 401(k) matching, and more. Location-based scheduling and qualifications required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Working knowledge of electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in store.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
