Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years old to operate a motorized vehicle.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state - federal law (keep an updated copy of insurance policy with your name applied).

• Previous customer service work experience helpful

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe driving record; safety is a priority for you and customers.
• Greet guests with a smile, take orders, process payments, and respond to issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and health/safety standards.
• Work at multiple workstations as needed.
• Attend shifts promptly and regularly.
• Dress to fit the uniform and grooming policies.
• Complete delegated cleaning tasks timely.
• Operate cash register or POS; use upselling techniques to boost sales.
• Learn team effectiveness skills and collaborate to achieve goals.
