Job summary

- Previous customer service experience is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly guest service and assist with daily operations.
- Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments, and addresses issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and health/safety standards in the work areas.
- Operate cash register or POS and use upsell techniques to increase sales.
- Attend shifts reliably and follow uniform/grooming standards.
- Complete delegated cleaning tasks in a timely manner.
- Learn team skills and work with others to achieve goals.
