Job summary

Letter Ride LLC is seeking a Driver Associate for Charleston, WV. This full-time courier role requires reliable performance, ability to lift 50 lb+ parcels, and the capacity to operate a large cargo van.

Training available for the right candidate, with a rotating six-day schedule, background check, and drug test requirements. Ideal candidates communicate effectively, work well independently or in a team, and maintain a strong work ethic under varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual.
• Must be able to work full-time hours - rotating 6 day work week (Sunday through Friday) and pass background and drug tests.
• Must have a clean DMV record and be able to lift 50 lb+ parcels.
• Must be able to utilize smartphone and be 23 years of age or older due to insurance.

Responsibilities

• Load the van accurately and safely for deliveries.
• Deliver parcels safely and in a timely manner to customers.
• Perform all duties to department standard and/or as directed by leadership.
• Complete daily work assignments and responsibilities.
• Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
• Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
• Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
• Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.
