Job summary

Papa Johns is hiring team members to ensure accuracy of orders, prepare and deliver quality products, and provide courteous service to customers. You will work as part of a team, follow uniform and appearance standards, and support other workstation duties as needed.

This non-exempt, hourly role requires attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. You will handle cash transactions, use the PROFIT System, and help maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a driver’s license valid where team member works; acceptable MVR and insurance.
• Must be able to work long hours including nights and weekends.
• Non-exempt, hourly position.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties including pre-delivery vehicle preparation, verify orders for quality and accuracy, provide courteous customer service in person or by phone, and assist in creating quality products.
• Work as part of a team, arrive on time, support other stations, complete closing duties, and maintain uniform and appearance standards.
• Process order paperwork and payments, handle cash, use PROFIT System, and support sales by suggesting add-ons; keep work areas clean and safe.
