Job summary

Chick-fil-A Ashley Crossing in Charleston, SC is seeking a Delivery Driver to bring meals to guests quickly and with care. You will pick up orders, verify accuracy, and hand off to guests in one of our vehicles, delivering on time.

You must be 18+, hold a valid license with a clean record, and have a smartphone with the Chick-fil-A Delivery app for full-shift use. Expect at least 15 hours weekly, no Sundays, plus benefits like health insurance, a 401(k), free meals, and scholarship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past three years.
• A smartphone that runs the Chick-fil-A Delivery app for a full shift.
• Availability for at least 15 hours or three shifts per week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and some holidays.
• Comfort navigating apps and technology independently.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete Driver Safety Pathway training and follow safe driving practices on every shift.
• Inspect your vehicle before and after each shift - tires, fuel, warning lights, cleanliness.
• Keep the Chick-fil-A Delivery app running and charged on your phone for your entire shift.
• Deliver orders accurately and on time.
• Communicate clearly with the restaurant team and with guests.
• Represent the brand through reliability, hospitality, and attention to detail.

For a delivery guest, you're the only person from our restaurant they'll ever meet.

A Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver gets our food to guests quickly, accurately, and with the same care they'd get at our counter. You'll pick up orders, check them, drive them in one of our vehicles, and hand them off. We're looking for people who are dependable, genuinely friendly, and comfortable moving with urgency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

PAY AND SCHEDULE

• $10.00 per hour, plus tips on deliveries

• You drive one of our vehicles - no mileage on your own car

• Minimum 15 hours or three shifts per week

• Closed Sundays - always
