Job summary

Hy-Vee in Maryland is seeking a Delivery Driver in the Grocery department. The role delivers products to customers, ensures vehicle cleanliness, and provides prompt, friendly service while upholding food safety standards.

You must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This non-exempt hourly position reports to Store Management and offers opportunities for growth within Hy-Vee’s store network.

Qualifications

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Treats customers as the most important people in the store.
• Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner, even when in other areas of the store.
• Learns customers’ names and addresses them by name where possible.
• Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
• Delivers products to customers, collects payment and makes change when necessary.

Responsibilities
