Job summary

Aaron's Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our store team. This role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, with time spent both inside and outside the store and in the community. You will support daily operations and help customers understand products.

The pay range is $13.75 to $14.50 per hour, and the position includes benefits. Valid license, lifting ability, and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the US and 18 in Canada.
• Requires a valid state driver's license and an acceptable MVR.
• DOT certification may be required for location.
• Schedules vary from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, see 300 lbs with assistance, and work outside in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing the store inventory.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance records.
