Final Mile Logistics LLC is an Amazon DSP delivering packages to customers around Norfolk, VA. We offer Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities with a company-provided vehicle and no CDL required.

Starting pay is $21.00–$24.00 per hour, with overtime and a path to growth. Shifts run daily, with day and evening windows; safety and customer service are prioritized in every delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle through a variety of local routes.
• Use a handheld device to access routing information and customer delivery details.
• Load and unload packages and deliver them efficiently and on time.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED — deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service — we deliver smiles, not just packages!
• Work comfortably in varying weather conditions and stay active throughout your shift.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Report any issues or problems to management immediately.

Shift Time(s): 9.20AM to 6.20 PM

Compensation

$21.00 – $24.00 / hour + Paid Overtime

Shift Time(s): 7 days/week, 8–10 hrs/day | Day Shift: 10:10 AM – 6:10 PM
