Job summary

LTSO Logistics, LLC in Tarboro, NC is hiring motivated drivers to deliver packages across Greenville, Tarboro, Rocky Mount and nearby towns. You will operate a company vehicle, stack and load parcels, and use a handheld scanner while following safety procedures. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour with weekly direct deposit.

No CDL or prior delivery experience required, as paid training is provided. The job is physically active and offers flexible shifts, with 4 on/3 off or 5 on/2 off depending on

• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Load and organize packages for your route and deliver to homes, apartments, and businesses.
• Navigate routes in various weather conditions and follow traffic laws and safety procedures.
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift and maintain professionalism with customers.
• Use handheld scanner to track packages and follow route navigation.

Job Description

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle (cargo van or sprinter) and maintain Vehicle Cleanliness
• Load and organize packages for your delivery route Deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses.
• Navigate a wide range of routes in all weather conditions, follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and team members
• Use a handheld device to scan packages and follow route navigation.
• Safely lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Stay on the move while working shifts that can range from 9-10hours.
• Schedule is 4 days on 3 days off or 5 days on 2 days off depending on route typ
• This is a physically active position where you will deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses while working independently and being part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid drivers license required (non-probationary)
• Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and ability to lift , load and deliver packages in various weather conditions.

• Can walk 7–10 miles and get in/out of a van 150+ times per day
• Are dependable, safety-minded, and customer-focused

• Great fit for applicants that have Delivery Driver experience with DoorDash or Uber .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
