Ceiba Routes, LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) dedicated to providing exceptional delivery service. We are looking for reliable, energetic, and customer-focused drivers to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong reliability and time management skills
• Prior delivery or driving experience is a plus

Pay & Incentives

• Starting pay: $20.50/hour
• Performance-based bonuses up to $5.50/hour (based on safety, quality, reliability, and tenure)

Schedule

• Full-time (4 days/week, must include 1 weekend day)
• Part-time (2–3 days/week)
• 10-hour shifts between 9:40 AM – 8:40 PM
