Parts Authority is hiring Delivery Drivers to represent the company as a service-oriented team member delivering automotive parts across our expanding network. The role emphasizes safe driving, timely deliveries, and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• :Current, valid driver’s license.
• :Must meet company insurance requirements – drivers must be 21 years old or over.
• :Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy.
• :Ability to lift, move, push and pull up to 50 pounds, prolonged sitting (Auto Body Parts Collision Drivers must be able to lift 75 lbs)
• :Ability to manage money transactions and reconcile customer credit and debt balances
• :Ability to utilize a tablet/mobile device for navigation/route optimization

Responsibilities

• :Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a timely, friendly and courteous manner.
• :Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• :Take and follow directions from dispatcher, adhere to routes, follow time schedules, use route navigation apps, and knowledge of area to deliver on time.
• :Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• :Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
• :Abide by transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• :Complete daily maintenance checks on delivery vehicle and report issues.
• :Assist in store/warehouse duties as assigned.
