Job summary

FedEx Logistics seeks a driver/operator to deliver and pick up packages, ensuring accuracy and courteous service in daily routes. You will check shipments against FedEx service standards and assist customers as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, meeting FMCSA qualifications, and staying alert on the job. A high school diploma and valid license are required; must be 21+ and proficient in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; must be licensed for vehicle type.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with equipment/assistance.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
• Neat appearance due to customer contact.
• Must meet FMCSA section 391 qualifications.
• Medical exam required under FMCSA/FAA regulations.
• Non-covered safety-sensitive position.
• Ability to work in a state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and directions.

Responsibilities

• Driver/operator of company vehicles delivering and picking up packages.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards and provide related customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
