Insomnia Cookies is hiring Delivery Drivers for our new Eau Claire location at 409 Water St, Eau Claire, WI 54703. You will be the boots on the ground, delivering warm cookies and treats to fans with friendly, professional service.

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll check orders, navigate a small delivery zone, and use our delivery app to provide accurate status updates. Must have own car, valid license, insurance, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must have own car, valid license, registration, and insurance.
• Must pass a motor vehicles background check.
• Smartphone with reliable data plan required.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions.
• Use the delivery app and provide accurate status updates to customers.
