Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate in California to deliver materials to customers, assist with loading, and ensure accurate ticketing at each stop. The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and strong customer service on every route.

You'll operate basic technology (iPads), maintain DOT compliance, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. This full-time position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within Ferguson.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Maintain a valid DOT Medical card
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in warehouse/logistics is a plus
• Strong customer-focused communicator
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsabilités

• Deliver materials to customers, assisting with loading/unloading and ensuring delivery ticket accuracy
• Deliver to construction sites and industrial plants
• Pick up customer returns, validate product matches for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, report issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders, receiving, stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Adhere to PPE safety requirements and equipment rules
