Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Delivery Driver to join our store team in Missouri. You will use company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, while delivering WOW! customer service and professional automotive advice at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with professional automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals while following policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and maintain delivery vehicles; report issues promptly.
