Zusammenfassung

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support our store teams and commercial customers. You will use company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts safely and on time, while delivering WOW! customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

No CDL required; you will load/unload parts, assist customers, and collaborate with store staff and commercial accounts to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries and great service.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to AutoZone’s driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Automotive retail experience is advantageous.
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
