Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ required.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible full-time schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! customer service and automotive advice to DIY shoppers and commercial customers.
• Collaborate with store team and accounts to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and adhere to route schedules and safety policies.
• Operate company vehicles for timely deliveries and load/unload parts per route.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe driving/work environment.
• Process cash and card transactions per company policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and product knowledge via AutoZone systems.
