Job summary

AutoZone is hiring Delivery Drivers to provide WOW! customer service while delivering automotive parts using company-provided vehicles. The role emphasizes safe driving, accurate loading/unloading, and friendly assistance to commercial customers and DIY shoppers.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to lift and move merchandise. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus; opportunities for growth and a supportive team culture are

Qualifications

Minimum age 18.
Valid driver’s license and safety compliance.
Basic automotive knowledge.
Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
Spanish and English communication preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver WOW! Customer Service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver automotive parts to commercial customers; load and unload parts per route schedules.
Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
Adhere to PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
