Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver in Henderson, KY. You will provide WOW! Customer Service, delivering parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers using company-provided vehicles. No CDL is required, and you will load and unload parts while maintaining safe, on-time deliveries.

You will work with store personnel and accounts to maintain strong customer relationships, follow safety policies, and process transactions securely while staying knowledgeable on products and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and adhere to safety requirements to operate vehicles responsibly.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and products.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and English proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to customers.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules and manage returns, cores, and pickups.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.
