Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and adhere to safety requirements.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting with automotive parts selections and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to commercial customers and DIY shoppers.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules; manage returns and pickups as needed.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving/work environment.
• Process customer payments securely according to policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and products; report issues promptly.
