Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver in Boone, NC to ensure timely, accurate deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. You will use company-provided vehicles and work closely with store personnel to keep the fleet running smoothly.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift and move merchandise, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Spanish proficiency is a plus and Hazmat endorsement is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is helpful.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Experience in automotive retail or delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles.
• Load and unload merchandise according to route schedules.
• Return, cores, and other materials from customers or nearby stores.
• Process customer payments securely and in line with company policies.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe driving environment.
